By a line from Capt Jonathan Dayton of the Jersey line I find there were two certificates issued to him by Mr Pierce that are not included in the returns sent you; they are as follows № 62,887 dated the 1 June 1784 for 432 [undecipherable] Dolls on Interest from 1st July 1782 & № 62,888 date same day for six hundred & four Dollars bearing interest from the 1st Jany 1785. The above certificates were granted for his pay & subsistence as P. R. Campn
