Stores] [fav.^d by Mr. Corrie] [in Philadelphia] [Letter from Donaldson Yates, dated 3 Aprie 1795] Turners Creek Red County 3^d Ap.^l 1795 Dear Sir Agreeable to your favor of 17^th Ulto. you have a return of Military Stores under my care inclosed, and a copy of a letter I wrote you on the state of those Stores last fall. I likewise forwarded you the Award made out by M^r Thomas May on the Reference entered into with Col^o Hollingsworth, since which nothing has passed between him and me on the subject. by the Award you will find there is one half of the money to be paid by Col^o [undecipherable] to the United States due November last past. I have reason to think that any demand of payment from him originating from me would not be attended to, and that he has expectation of settling that Affair by discount, any commands you may Judge necessary therein will pass to him and inform you of the result.
