There will be wanting for the repairs of the Pouder in the different Magazines in this Garrison — the ensuing season, the following articles
(Viz)
2,000 Barrels to Contain 100 pounds of Powder each.
2000 Barrel Hoop [undecipherable]
20 Pounds of Chalk.
And 2 two [undecipherable], four months from the 1st June
And for the Good of the Arms, Ammunition, And other Stores, they ought to be shifted Intirely Into New Boxes, As from the Situation they Now Lay In, they Cannot be Transported from the place upon any emergency whatever without a Considerable Loss, either by perclution, or unavoidable Accidents, to both which they are Liable. Allowing that all possible [undecipherable] could be taken, Not only that, but the [undecipherable] in is an Injury to them, as the Stores in which they are [undecipherable] is very much exposed —
For which Purpose it will take the following materials to reform [them]

10,000 feet of Inch Boards

And two Carpenters [for] 3 months
