To my self We have to inclose you an Estimate of Certificates Issued by Jno Pierce Esqr paymaster General and James Milligan Esq Comptroller to the Nl. State to the non commissioned Officers and Soldiers of the late Lines of Pennsylvania on a final settlement of their Accounts — They leave to observe to your Excellency that the Estimate for Genl Waynes Regt and there that, How are not as accurate as Icoued wish owing to the Regimental paymaster omitting to mention in their last Returns the State to which the Men belonged. I am however Sensible that this Estimate will fall short of what has been issued to the quota of Pennsylvania.
