Lee’s Legion being for subsistence to the 1 Aug. + 1780 the returns for pay are now making out and I expect will be ready by next post, you will please to send the Certificates for those now sent - Pray inform me in your next if Mr. Pierce still continues at Richmond if gone where we are to direct fo direct to him, there are some Letters for him which I wish you to forward.
