[Sept 16. 1784] [undecipherable] [Copied] Philadelphia, September 16 1784— D^r I again transmit you another quire of justfolio papers containing one hundred & fifty in number, dated August [undecipherable]— 1784 and from N° 81096 to N° 81245— inclusive — I also send you the two you requested which I have renumbered [undecipherable] as originally granted — I am now to acknowledge yours of the 8^th and its inclosures The public books you know by transferring the Accounts are always be accommodated to the settlements, and therefore, in respect to those Books it is not of so much importance whether they are by Regiments, Corps, or Lines — The detachment at Fort Pitt, I have inclosed the muster of, but can not obtain no the time they were discharged, the regiment at West Point was discharged July 4 probably thus continued longer I enclose you the account of Goods received by the [undecipherable] which was [undecipherable] Officer at Borks Town, it was lately sent me by M^r Dart who received it of Col° Carrington — [M^r John White]
