Theophilus Persons of Newbury Port & M Winslow of Boston to detect if possible the persons who were concerned in counterfeiting my certificate — I have desired the latter in case he meets with no [undecipherable] in tracing the bounds thro which they have passed, to remit to me or yourself the certificates in his hands thus counterfeited, thereby as the hand writing may perhaps lead to a discovery.
