By this conveyance you receive another quire of certificate paper — I hoped also to have forwarded you an accurate state of the monies received by the Officers of the State, which ought to go on account[s] [undecipherable] in 1782 & 1783 — the enquiry is so extensive and connected with [so many] uncertainties, that I am disappointed, I however believe you will receive them by the next Post —
