I received yours of the 28th Ult: wherein you inform me, that you have inclosed a Transfer Certificate for Thirteen Hundred & Septen Dollars, but was much surprised to learn that no such Certificate has been sent — I suppose it must have been overlooked by you as the Seal was perfectly entire when the letter reached this Office —
You will forward the Certificate by the first conveyance & I shall transmit the other with your Receipt by the Return of the Post —
