Sir, I enclose you a resolution of the Con[gress?] the state of the 26 July & one of the 27 Copies of which are transmitted to the several States. I also enclose a report of a com[mittee] with a list therein referred to, on which you are to take order. I must request the favour of you to take a copy of the list for your own government & to send a copy to the Superintend[ent] of finance & then return me the Original that it may be deposited in the Office.
