The Balance due Me on [undecipherable] Amount is (699 Dollars and 82) which from your well place to [lay?] it My friend M^r. [Agenah?] Norton of Philadelphia, [Graham?] I have wrote on the Subject [who?] [would?] [it] had be your [Voucher?]. — M^r. [Milligan?] informed Me when I was with him that I [should?] would be at[tend?] Me on the Balance of My Amount I eff paid I have therefore Charg'd the [same?] as will Appear in the Amount and not knowing the [time?] from which the Army in [your?] [Department?] was [Attend?] [paid?] for I have Charg'd from the Time of My last [received?] of Money from your office; if I have Charg'd interest from to early — [please?] your place to Correct it.
