I recd your favor by Mr Coventry with the enclos'd from Mr Loss, You & Mr Loss must have both misapprehended my application — the Comrs which I mentioned are appointed by this State to settle on accounts for a Certain time and require a Certificate from you that we have recd no pay for that time from you, or to Certify what sums any Monies you may have pd in that time.
