Philadelphia June 18 1794 Receipt of John Pierce Esq^r One thousand one hundred and Eleven Dollars dated the 5^th of May 1792, amounting to two hundred thirty one Dollars and twenty eight 79 Dollars, and Nineteen from 62011 to 62919 inclusive; being an interest from the account places for which they are given; being the balance due the 5 Delaware Battalion from 1 January 1775 to January 1778 belonging to the 2^d or New York regiment of Artillery, and for their gratuity the years 1782,1783 and for their Gratuity of eighty Dollars, also the Pay of the Horse for the year 1782,1783, and for their subsistance from June 1 1778 to August 1780, and for Bills from August 1780 to January 1781 together with their [undecipherable] the full — also individually for the lands from certain citizens to the individuals above [undecipherable: named] belonging, is transferred for their thought at the [undecipherable] condition of the State of New York shall direct, agreable to an act of [undecipherable] the 14^th November 1793.
