Sir
Inclosed are returns of Stores on hand in the Quarter Masters department. Thefe are each fo's are returned Separately, because the varied order of the Returns received would not admit of their being thrown together in a general one.
The Stores at all other posts must by this time have been chiefly or altogether fold, agreeably to orders given for that purpose; a few fetts of artificers tools at Albany excepted, which I directed to be received for the ufe of the frontier posts whenever they should be occupied.
