[To Mr Morris with Col Raders Acct inclosed 25th May 84]
Pay Office 25th May 84
Sir
I do myself the Honor to inclose you a State of the late Colo Raders Account. The Difficulty of fixing the precise time of his Death (there being no Documents in the War Office to ascertain it) has prevented me from laying it before you Sooner. I was obliged to have recourse to the public Prints of 1779 and found by Mr Dunlaps Paper of the [undecipherable] November that Colo La Raders died the 30th of October preceding at New Windsor
I am Sir with great Respect
