Philad^a May 20. 1784 In an Estimate rendered for Forage on the 9^th March 1784, Captain De Brat is included for the Sum of £W^s 9. 6 equal to 54 ⁹⁰ Dollars — I now inclose an estimate for 104 ⁹⁰ Dollars, due Lieu^t Colo De Brahm — as they are both going to leave the Country shortly; Agreeable to your direction in such cases, I have to request you would be pleased to issue a Warrant for the amount of their dues, that I may settle with them previous to their Departure. — J H.
