On the 1st instant I was honored with yours of the 3d previous to which I had given you all things to of engaging mr his being a common Incodiment in a former letter, having found and Agreed with the bearer, And have reason to think will in possibly little answer your purposes. The inclosed will inform you the treaties, which will be requisite with the having to think to be recon—cilable. He has the Penn finances in charge with their manufacturers until fitting not to have made him the thought of a bill, with his passage you will please to pay. I have drawn again for three hundred and fifty dollars to reimburse me for advance made which will be convenient to you to pay the bearer; possible to stop regularly any &the commands you may think proper to honour me with shall be as punctually executed —
