War Office 29^th April 1784 Sir The following Warrants have been drawn on this Office in consequence of the Act of Congress of the 22^d Jan^y last Genl Duportail on 7^th Feb^y 3098⁶⁰ Col° Laumoy ——— 1966⁶⁰ Abel Cambray —— 1400 Abel Gauuon — 1400 Major Ville Franche — 1120 Capt Rocinfontaine — 933³⁰ 9818⁶⁰ Perhaps it may be proper to inform you that all these Gentlemen, except Abel Cambray, have received their full Securities from me for what the Public owed them, which Securities I presume they have taken with them to Europe [which] [strikethrough: undecipherable] the necessary deductions from their Certificates [as in the cases of the other Foreign Officers] are [presented].
