Sir,
A certain Mr Goucher living in this City has applied to me for information relative to the estate at Carlisle of the late Colonel Flower advertised for sale — to make a tender at any rate, I must request you to inform me what the premises taken together ought to bring — to do this I wish you to forward a Stating of the Value of the land under its natural advantages of Mill seat &c also the Value of the building belonging to the public considered relatively, and in fine what is the lowest both ought to fetch, suppose they are sold separately or together — I wish it may be done as soon as possible after the receipt of this letter, that the Opportunity may not be lost
