Sir I have been favoured with your Letter of the 20th Inst— Col Eckhart previous to his leaving this City received Instructions from me relative to Mr Youngkmans concern, he is to first to Sele the remaining half of the building, & then to determine as justice will warrant on Mr Youngkmans purchase, Mr Youngkmans Character stands fair with me, and he may rest assured he will be treated generously at the conclusion of the business — Should I come your way, I shall accept your polite Invitation, and pay my respects to you at your Dwelling —
