April 24. 1784
I was duly favoured with yours of the 31 Ultimo, and agreeable to your request have forwarded fifteen pairs of Epaulets for the Officers of your Like, for which you and they will please to account with Captain Fondy to whom they are Address'd, at the prices inserted on his Invoice, that being Agreeable to what the Like kinds have always bought — I had but one pair left with Bullion & them are to be delivered General Jackson, the came for his grades you may easily have them added to yours if you choose — If Captain Fondy should not be at York you will please to open the package and Stock yours — They are particularly marked for you —
