Ph. Callaumy?] may not be paid till there is money for paying the other Creditors of the Department; who may suppose that I had got Money for them and am keeping them out of it; or that I did not endeavour to procure their Money for them. — Perhaps the Gentleman who has the Order has not sent the Goods Yet; if he has, I wish he would not inform Col. Callaumy of his receiving of the Money till such time as there is Money for the other Creditors, for the reasons above mentioned.
