You will much oblige me and the officers of your department, if you will please to furnish me with a Roll containing the Names, ranks and pay of the officers of the Southern Hospital from the first day of January 1782 —
Shewing when they entered the service and the time and reason of their leaving it — and also the different charges against those Gentlemen who may have some under your notice —
