I have been to Philadelphia about having two thousand [undecipherable] Casks made for the Garrison to Contain 100 hundred lbs of Powder — Informed me that you offered to supply them last Spring at 6/6 York Currency for Cash —
Will you please to inform me within you will supply them for that this Season, if not the lowest they Can be got you delivered at this Post between the first of June and the first of September at different times —
