Yours of the 11th Decr came to hand by Post yesterday — Mr Morris has never mentioned to me any thing of the three thousand Dollars intended for you — but I will now apply to him, as I conclude on the Multiplicity of business it has escaped his Memory. — and when obtained you may rest assured not a moments time shall be lost in getting it to you — Colonel Pickering is present; he intends once more to visit the Remains of the Army and then close his accounts. —
