Boston Feb. 16. 1784 Sir I have just received yours of the 5. covering a Copy of one of the 28^th U tt. before s received, and unanswered till now only thro Want of an opportunity to [undecipherable]. I think I can safely engage to furnish you monthly according to your Request fifteen hund[red] Dollars and shall not be displeased with the Chance of doing it in the same manner as I have served Some other Gentlemen in every Quarter, who being desirous to avoid the Trouble and Expence of transporting a disagreeable Weight of Coin have taken Gold wholly or in part of the New York Sale. which gives me the Chance of stopping it in the Hands of several keen money-Handlers upon allowing them a Premium upon the [undecipherable] more or less.
