Cartes, for my part I should think the Matter had better
be dept till next fall if they Cannot be Insevered at most
for four Shillings Currency and then if It should be deter
mined to keep what Powder is here to make the Cartments
In the mean while to get hides and repiece the Old Carts the

Cottons Can be done, though not so much to the benefit
