[Agreement for the Rent of M^r Lyle's Store 5 February 1794] [Received from State Dep t Nov 24 1894 R.P O 401810] Those Certify that we the undersigned have this day Mutually agreed — Viz Henry Lisle on the one part, Owner of a certain Store that for and in Consideration of the sum of twenty five pounds Pennsylvania Currency, well and truly paid Samuel Hodgdon in behalf of the Publick on the Other part, is this day put into full possession of said Store with liberty to Occupy it as long as he may judge Necessary convenient or proper — the rent to be made in quarterly payments or half yearly as further agreed in presents of Us the Subscribers this 5^th of February 1794.
