I have endeavord to make out the account of monies advanced to the officers of the 4th Regiment Light Dragoons. it accompanies this — there may be more charges against them which as soon as I can go thro a Scrutiny of my papers I will inform you of —
It is very possible that Capt. [undecipherable: Parkinson's] accounts & vouchers may have been left with me. I Know I often pressed him, as I have done the other officers to furnish them, but generally without Effect. you may be assured Sir, that as Soon as I can light on them or the accounts of the other officers they Shall be transmitted to you I have the honor to be
