On the twenty second of last Month I replied to yours of the eighth and eighteenth the Contents of which Letters will have informed you that I had taken the Arrangements - which you desire for Supply of the Troops. I have also determined to enable the Paymaster (if pofsible) to pay the Officers their Subsistence in in Specie at the Commencement of every Month.
