I thank you to favour me with those papers, as soon as you can that there may be as little delay as possible in placing this business in its proper train — Have you not found that I have received no Subsistence [money] since Aug[ust] — I have also the favour of you to forward my [Annual?] [undecipherable] agreeable to some former [requests] [a] letter to myself or [Directions?] at this place.
