January 9th. 1784– Sir Inclosed you have an Account of Articles delivered by me to Sundry Officers & their amount, which by direction of the Honorable Superintendant of Finance & express Stipulation of the receivers are to be deducted from their pay at the final liquedation of their Accounts– they are inclosed to you for that purpose–you will make the necessary dispositions to ensure the whole deductions__________- S.
