Philaa January 6 1784 Sir Your letter mentioning the horse on hand (by the Stage)is not come to hand. the duplicate of the 1st Instant I have received _ as he is valuable I think with you, that he had better be disposed of in this City, for which purpose you will send him down as soon as possible _ I wish to receive the accounts very soon for the reasons I gave you in my last letter _ am happy to find your state is taking measures with Virginia relative to land encroachments. I have long thought something ought to be done_ the appointment will compass what they have in view _ My compliments to Wm Morgan _ Colonel Morgan
