West Point Jan 4, 1784 Sir, I had the pleasure of receiving your [unknown] and its account enclosed, this morning. you will be allowed your rations while in captivity at a shilling [unknown] money and the charges against you from the [Conciliary] of Prisoners of My office deducted. an account [current] will be (illegible) order given for the [Ca–] of your offenses (illegible). I don not find myself otherwise to settle, some parts of which are referred to this state by the enclosed recolation of [Con–]. I am [d–] your [Ab–] Ichabod Ex. Ward Boston
