Stratford July 7 5^th 1793 Dear Sir If you recollect when I was last at your office you returned me the enclosed account of our Extra Ration which was returned from the War Office with the note made on the Back, since which I have obtained the Certificate required as you may see made under P. Account — I will thank you to forward the Amount which is 17 Doll^s & ¾ May M^r Smith as it will be difficult for me to find an opportunity to send for it again — But if it is convenient you would pay one in Morris's or Milligan's Note, as the Sum is but small — Have also forwarded by M^r Smith my accounts of Pay for the last Years Service, the accounts for the different Months have not made out; but have sent Blank Papers signed leaving them for P. accounts to be made up, and a Rect to be made upon the Back agreeable to your directions. These accounts should have sent by M^r Pedro but he went from N.
