[Jon William ?] Warren Springs September 14, 1791. Dear Sir
The object of present is to convey the extract of a Letter from Kentucky which you will find on the other side. I leave this letter to its fate & from the frequent passing of people from these fountains of salubrity I hope it will soon arrive at some place where there is a post office. I am on my way home & hope to see you in the early part of October. I am with the warmest affectionate [perfect Respect?] Dear Sir most Sincerely Yours

[left side note] [illegible] may depend that the Letter is genuine. I was present at its arrival. I read it myself. [signed][Gen illegible][/signed] [/left side note]
