Sir The documents required by [illegible] Joseph Bloomfield cannot be furnished as they were filed with the accounts of the agent of the 3d Regt. New Jersey, and deposited in the 3d Story of the House lately occupied by the War Department & were consumed by fire on the 8 Novr. last.
