The enclosed orders for L.t Polhemus, I am
directed to transmit to you, as it is supposed he
is at, or will bee soon at your post. and
request you to deliver them to him whenever he
arrives at Laramis - be [undecipherable] to acknowledge
the receipt of this, and inform me if W.
Polhemus has arrived, or you hae heard from
him.
