Title

Protecting Bills from Villains

Description

$1500 in post notes on account of the armory have been received. Williams recommends cutting bills into halves as a safe way of ensuring that they would be of no value to villains who take them. The villain would have half while the other half would be in the possession of the lawful owner who could procure from the bank a new bill from the half he retains. Instructions have been received respecting the sale of scrap iron,.
