Sir
I have drawn on you this day in favor of Joseph Greer, payable to him or order after ten days sight, for which value has been received in [undecipherable] to amount four hundred twenty one Dollars and seventy cents, to be appropriated to the Quarter Master Department and having [passed ] this Bill to the Credit of the Treasurer.
Request your paying the same.
