Sir
I have drawn on you this date in honour of Joseph McKean on order payable after ten days sight for Two Thousand Five Hundred and ninety dollars + fourteen cents and have received the value in specie, which is to be applyed to pay my [undecipherable] the Army of Tennessee and having papered the [undecipherable] of this Bill to the Credit of the Treasurer request due honor to the same
