Description

Requests 3 general returns for all stores received at post for military, quartermaster, or Indian goods, with abstracts outlining which items were manufactured in Pittsburgh, from whom they were received, and the time they arrived. Also desires records of losses due to transportation or other circumstances of delivery. Recognizes items to be forwarded to other posts will require a different type of invoice. All paperwork for the first part of 1798 should be immediately forwarded to his office. Attempts made to adjust income and balance statements.
