Agreeably to an account admitted and allowed by the
Secretary of War there is due to Henry Glen the sum of Thirteen
dollars +nineteen Cents being for the amount of his account for Storing Shells,
Cannon Ball [undecipherable] belonging to the United States in the Town of Schennectady
New York from 1 January to 31 December 1798 ~
