Sir,
Enclosed is an invoice of the Clothing sent you yesterday by the New Castle Stage Boat. I hope it got safely to hand if not this will be notice to enquire for it.
On your arrival at Charleston you will please to give the Captain a Certificate particularly specifying the number of Men and Women for whom the United States are to pay the passages, and any article for which they are to pay freight. Provision is not to be included.
