Sir,
The Secretary of the Navy has appointed his Store Keeper tis proper he should take charge of any Marine articles purchased for the Navy, for this purpose I wish you to send me a return of any such articles as you may have on hand to the end that measures may be taken for placing them systematically in the Navy Store.
