Certification that $510.08 is due Israel Chapin, Deputy Agent to the Six Nations of Indians, being the balance of his account allowed by the Secretary of War for supplies furnished and sundry goods delivered to said Indians and the stipend allowed them from the United States for the year 1797. (Note. It appears that the Six Nations received $1110 more than their stipend for 1797.)
