Description
Smiley received several sums of money for Lieut. Col. John Caldwell, Joseph Lewis, and Patrick Brown. Money remains unaccounted for despite requests by Office for receipts. Simmons requested Smiley use his influence to obtain necessary vouchers to exonerate them and close their accounts.
