Pay roll issued to Gibson and detachment under his command was examined and deductions were taken from pay of William McNeal, James Morgan, Robert Allison, Felix McFarlan, Bradford Stewart, Pittsberger Huffman, and Craig. Balance of $376.40 Gibson will receive from Edward Carrington. Pay of George Oliver withheld; Simmons cited poor judgment by Oliver in regards to orders given to him by Capt. Price.
