Description

Vouchers deposited by Nevill relative to the pay of the militia called out to suppress an insurrection in the western counties of Pennsylvania in 1794 were examined. Simmons wrote the various Paymasters acting under orders from Nevill to obtain vouchers to exonerate the Paymasters from the balance due. Simmons requests punctuality of Nevill at Office and all necessary accounts furnished.
