Naval Agent John Blagge informed that naval constructor Forman Cheeseman has acquired 6 year contract for new navy yard at Corlear's Hook, New York harbor. Cheeseman has begun moving plank and other materials to that place. Recommend that remainder of materials be moved as well, in order to deliver up the former yard.
